Safari Dinner

Experience Africa’s wildlife at dusk and enjoy an exotic gourmet menu: The Safari Dinner begins with a welcome cocktail in the Elephant House – with a view of the zoo’s African elephant herd. During the subsequent evening tour of the zoo, you will experience many African animal species such as ostriches, cheetahs, zebras and giraffes. Dine afterwards in the Kaiserpavillon, in fine weather on the terrace with a view of the African wildlife.

Place: Schönbrunn Zoo, Maxingstraße, Vienna
Start: 18:45
Admission: € 150 per person (aperitif, guided tour, four-course menu including drinks – except spirits).

The Safari Dinner season runs from June to September. In autumn and winter there is the Aqua Dinner.

❗ Cancellation policy ❗
Any cancellation or postponement of an appointment must be made in writing to the e-mail address reservierung@zoovienna.at in any case.

In case of cancellation or postponement of an appointment:

➡️ up to 14 days (336 hours) before the booked appointment, we do not charge a cancellation fee.

➡️ less than 14 days (336 hours) and up to 5 days (120 hours) before the booked date, we charge 50% of the participation fee (or the voucher value).

Less than 5 days (120 hours) before the booked date and in case of no-show, 100 % of the participation fee (or the value of the voucher) will be charged.

A new appointment can only be arranged on payment of the fee again.
