Aldous Harding, a New Zealand artist is traveling all the way from south to the cold Stockholm. So let´s give her a warm welcome for her first live performance in Sweden. Together with H Hawkline, this live show will be a good way to end the weekend.

Aldous Harding is an artist who constantly surprises and exceeds all expectations. With her 2015 self-titled debut album, followed two years later by ‘Party’, the acclaimed New Zealander went from a promising prospect to one of the leaders in modern singer/songwriting. “Party” was awarded 4 out of 5 in DN, was on the Bäst just nu list at Kritiker.se and was named Album of the Year by Rough Trade Shop.

So by 2019’s third album “Designer”, we should have been prepared for Aldous to floor us again – especially as the rearranged first single “The Barrel” had already indicated that she had taken several more steps forward. But once again Aldous Harding exceeded all expectations by striking the perfect balance between the starkly simple and the dramatically shocking.

When Aldous comes to Stockholm on March 22, she will be performing new material. A first taste is the live favorite “Old Peel”, which has finally been recorded in the studio.
