In these hectic times, it´s hard to find a moment to breath and not feel burdened of what´s to come. Grounding is an effective way to help relocate your focus to present time. So if you find yourself worrying too much about everything, join the The Art of Grounding.

Welcome to a day in the woods with us. ????

We will travel deep down with our roots in the earth. Where we will have the chance to experience our full power and face our darkness and dirt in love. During the day we will do drumming, breathing, forest bathing and encounter the healing power of the clay and the earth.

We will also do simple exercises to feel grounded and in our bodies.
