Ängbybadet Swimming Area

With summer heat closing in, there´s no better place to spend time at than near water. And for those of you who want to have watery fun, check out Ängbybadet!

Ängbybadet is a large bathing area with two sandy beaches and large lawns. There are two concrete ramps by the bath so that people using wheelchairs or walkers can more easily get down to the water.

Type of bath:
Ängbybadet is a large bathing area with two sandy beaches and large grassy areas. The bath is located along Blackebergsvägen. T-ban station Ängbyplan, walk of about 700 meters. The western bath has 3 piers.

Toilets and changing facilities:
The West Bath also has a HC toilet. The east bath has 2 separate dry toilets.
There are 2 showers at the baths (one in each section).

Kiosk and catering:
There is a restaurant and kiosk with outdoor seating at the bath.

Activities at the bath:
At the bath there is a beach volleyball court, a playground with swings and rocking animals. In the camping area next to the beach, there is also a waterslide. The waterslide costs 10 SEK. Ängby Camping is responsible for the waterslide and all questions regarding the campsite and the slide can be answered by phone 08-37 0420.

Parking:
There is a road all the way down to the pool and a large parking lot.

The entry is free and area is open nonstop.
