W.A.S.P. is back with a gigantic tour to celebrate their 40 year anniversary! 11 concerts in Sweden, but the most prominent one will be the one in Stockholm for sure and with the support of Images Of Eden it´s going to be a blast.

W.A.S.P. celebrates 40 years with a big tour!

On June 6, 2022, W.A.S.P., one of the world’s most notorious and controversial hard rock bands, celebrates 40 years. This will be celebrated in 2023 with a major tour with no less than 11 concerts in Sweden.

Few bands in rock history have caused as much love, hate, and other emotions as W.A.S.P. Yet from their beginnings in the small clubs of Los Angeles to bans from playing live in several countries, their unique combination of shock and rock has caused religious organizations, parliaments, and even the Senate in Washington D.C. to do what they can to prevent them from selling records and performing.

The group’s founder and frontman Blackie Lawless has led the group as lead singer and main songwriter since the beginning. His unique approach has taken the group to stardom worldwide with millions of records sold and sold-out concerts for four decades.

Together with bassist Mike Duda – who has been in the band for 26 years – and guitarist Doug Blair – who has been in the band for 18 years – and drummer Aquiles Priester, Blackie will take the audience back to where it all started with a stage show that many never got the chance to experience.
