VlakFest Festival

Between June 12 and 15, 2025, the one-of-a-kind traveling festival ŽiWELL VlakFest returns to the tracks.

The festival train departs on Thursday, June 12 from Prague-Krč station and promises four unforgettable days filled with live concerts, travel talks, craft beer, and laid-back summer vibes. Stops along the way include Dačice, Potštejn, and Hevlín – and each one will be bursting with energy.

The first evening in Dačice kicks off with a high-energy ska-reggae performance by Fast Food Orchestra. On Friday, the train rolls into Potštejn where the crowd favorite Poletíme? will deliver their signature banjo-fueled show. Saturday’s finale in Hevlín will close with a party featuring NOHOW. After that, the train heads back to Prague.

Along the route, other acts such as Flat Fly, Jackob, HiJacks, Jirka Čevela, and Čóro Muzikoj will join the musical lineup. The festival also features inspiring travel talks – mountaineer Honza Trávníček will share stories from K2 and Manaslu, while long-distance walker Tomáš Šapovalov recounts his journey on foot across Europe.

Whether you’re in for the full four-day adventure or just one evening of music, VlakFest is open to everyone. The full experience starts at 4,200 CZK and includes train rides, concerts, overnight accommodation (onboard or in tents), and all accompanying programs.
