On the weekend of March 28–30, 2025, the popular Struny dětem festival will take place at the Minor Theatre in Prague 1, celebrating its sixteenth anniversary this year.
This unique cultural event invites all curious children and playful parents to enjoy a diverse program full of music from various genres, theatrical performances, and inspiring workshops.
Struny dětem is synonymous with artistic quality and genre diversity. Since its first edition, the festival has provided space for artists who do not typically perform for children, creating unexpected moments and magical experiences for both young audiences and the artists themselves.
The festival program caters to all age groups, from the youngest children to older kids. Children under three can enjoy swing melodies performed by Kateřina Steinerová, while older audiences will be captivated by a concert featuring world looping champion and beatboxer Endru alongside musician Jen Hovorka. In addition to concerts and theatre performances, the festival offers a wide range of workshops led by top artists, where children can try various forms of artistic expression.
