From September 3 to September 27, 2024, another exciting children’s adventure game called “The Path of a Little Hero” will take place at Marold’s Panorama at the Prague Exhibition Grounds.
This interactive game will test how well children know the basic concepts and questions related to the integrated rescue system – from firefighters and police officers to paramedics. The event is designed for families with children, preschools, and primary school students who want to learn important skills and information about becoming little heroes in a fun way.
Marold’s Panorama:
Marold’s Panorama is the largest painting in the Czech Republic, created by the artist Luděk Marold. Measuring 11 meters in height and 95 meters in length, it depicts a realistic scene of the Battle of Lipany, which took place in 1434. This fascinating artistic piece was first presented to the public in 1898 and has since become a significant part of Czech cultural history. Today, Marold’s Panorama offers a unique historical experience and serves as the starting point for events like “The Path of a Little Hero.”
Who is the game for?
The game is divided into two age categories:
– Preschool children (ages 3–6), who are not yet able to write.
– Primary school children (ages 7–9), who are ready for more complex tasks.
– The route is approximately 800 meters long and takes about an hour to complete. Its simplicity makes it accessible even with strollers, so it’s suitable for even the youngest participants.
How to play:
– Participants can purchase game registration through Goout.net.
– Anytime between September 3 and September 27, daily from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, they can pick up their game card at Marold’s Panorama.
– With the card in hand, they can embark on **The Path of a Little Hero**. At each checkpoint, children will complete tasks and answer questions to help them better understand the roles of rescue services.
– After completing the route, they return to Marold’s Panorama with their filled-in game card, where children will receive a reward.
Hero Day – September 28, 2024:
On Saturday, September 28, the adventure game will be part of **Hero Day**, where you can pick up game cards at one of the exhibition stands. Further details will be announced soon.
Come with your children and experience what it’s like to be a little hero! This event is a great opportunity for fun and educational time in a unique historical setting.
