Bodycombat 100 at Form Factory

You can end the summer actively on September 21, 2024 at Form Factory Fitness Club Harfa, where a special anniversary event Bodycombat 100 will take place. This unique Les Mills program brings not only two dynamic classes but also a technical workshop that will guide you through the basics of combat techniques.

Form Factory is a modern fitness network with more than 15 branches across Prague, offering a wide range of classes, top-notch equipment, and services for all fitness levels. The Harfa branch is equipped with spacious halls, modern machines, and facilities that ensure a comfortable training environment. This event is a great opportunity to enjoy the energy of Bodycombat in a top fitness center.

Les Mills Bodycombat is a globally popular workout program that combines elements of martial arts such as boxing, karate, taekwondo, and muay thai. This high-intensity interval training focuses on cardio, strength, and endurance, helping to burn calories effectively while improving overall fitness. Each Bodycombat release is carefully choreographed to motivate participants to perform at their best, providing an unforgettable experience full of energy.

The first class will offer a unique mix of choreographies and tracks from Bodycombat releases 1–99, a one-time-only experience. It will be followed by the introduction of the brand new release 100, with the day concluding with a technical workshop focused on perfecting the punches and kicks featured in the new choreography.

9:30–10:30 – Best of Bodycombat: A selection of the best tracks from releases 1–99
11:00–12:30 – Bodycombat 100: Introduction of the 100th release + 5 bonus tracks
12:45–13:30 – BC 100 Technical Workshop: A walkthrough of all punches and kicks from the new release
The entire program will be led by world-renowned Les Mills presenters, Steve Tansey and Adam Wadhwa, along with popular Form Factory instructors. Don’t miss this unique day full of energy, movement, and fun!
