During this March, Prague Castle – the Empire Greenhouse in the Royal Garden of Prague Castle. Welcome spring in this beautiful setting surrounded by art and flowers with exhibition the Empire Greenhouse.
Come from 7 March until 17 March and see the connection of two alluring worlds – art and flowers. This time, however, the selection of artworks will not turn to history as in previous editions, but will present the work of young generation Czech artists alongside spring flora.
Accompanying programme:
Guided tour of the exhibition with the curator Kristýna Jirátová
The tour will introduce visitors to the 21 artists represented in the exhibition and will allow them to get to know not only the exhibited works in more detail, but especially the artistic work of the selected artists in a broader context.

Guided tour of the Royal Garden with the gardeners of Prague Castle
A walk through the Royal Garden with those who know it best – the gardeners of Prague Castle – will offer visitors an insight into the history of the garden and the buildings it contains, an introduction to the cycle of gardening work and a stop at interesting or age-old trees.

Art workshop for children
The workshop will offer children’s visitors a unique art experience in the premises of Prague Castle with an educator, under whose guidance they will create their own paintings with the theme of spring flowers using conventional and unconventional techniques.
