Run for the Tatras

We will run for the Tatras in August On 26 August 2023, the supporters of the Run for the Tatras will meet for the tenth time at Štrbské Pleso to support our national mountain range.

The run is unique for its route, which goes around the lake and in the varied mountain terrain, and last but not least for the idea of personally contributing to the revitalization of the area devastated by the wind calamity of 2014.

Each adult participant will support this goal with 2 Euro in the entry fee, children with 1 Euro, but also morally by contributing to spreading the idea of the Run for the Tatra Mountains through their activity.

You can also run virtually. This means that you can join our community anywhere and anytime from the opening of registration until 24.8.2023 at 24:00.

Register, run the course in the length of the real run – men 7.6 km and women 3.8 km – upload a record of your performance on our website, in the online space, which we will make available to you after payment of the entry fee. We will send you a commemorative bib and finisher’s medal by post. As well as any raffle prize, which will be plentiful again this year. Virtual runners also contribute to the common financial donation for the TANAP Administration.

The virtual run for the Tatras is non-competitive.

Make a nice weekend in Štrbské Pleso at the end of August and run with us. Even the youngest runners are welcome. The first 50 registered – adults or children – will be rewarded with a FREE event T-shirt. If you don’t make it, you can buy it together with your registration.
