It is a full circle, really – thanks to the isolation, we move much less than before and we do not even talk about training as such, but mundane daily activities, walking. By this forced inactivity a risk of gaining weight to the point of obesity increases and with that also increases the danger of other illnesses, such as obesity. And that one, among many others, is considered to be a factor of a more complicated course of COVID-19, in case you are unlucky enough to endure this virus, too.
