It is impossible for us to not communicate – even our silences are telling a lot and many times, we are not even aware what exactly we are communicating to the outside world. We are social creatures and we are (usually) well aware how important communication as exchange of information is for understanding, but the few also grasp a fact that understanding is much more than informational flow – it is ability to tune ourselves to others, to gain their attention and their trust. Without those attributes, understanding between participants is not possible.
