Home fitness for everyone is an online workout led by experienced fitness instructor Daniel Hlubuček. There are several shorter workouts prepared for you, which should keep you in shape during a sedentary job or when working from home (home office). Just work out during a short break, whether you’re at home or in the office.
The trainings will focus on proper breathing, activation of the center of the body and the pelvic floor and strengthening of the abdominal muscles. You will also try a form of HIIT training, which is a high-intensity interval training in which you test how you are doing with your physical condition.
Do not hesitate for a long time and find a moment for yourself, your body will be grateful to you.
