On November 10, Chef Sabina Fiorentini will hold a free webinar, dedicated to the rediscovery of our typical regional dishes. The protagonist of the webinar “I Pici all’aglione”, it is a typical dish of Tuscan cuisine. Pici is a simple and tasty fresh pasta, a typical preparation of the Tuscan culinary tradition. Accompanied with garlic sauce, a variety of garlic typical of the Val di Chiana, they represent a tantalizing first course of exquisite goodness. The Zoom webinar is 1 hour long.
