Improvisation movement technique – release from stress. This course is suitable for professional choreographers and dancers. The goal is to relax the muscles of all parts of the body and remove blocks. Movement through improvisation is studied in these classes.
But even beginners or those who don’t even dance need to despair. If you also want to relieve your body from stress, you feel back and neck pain, be sure not to hesitate and try these hours.
