The human rights documentary film festival One World, which was halted on 10 March due to the coronavirus pandemic, has been rescheduled for September and will include films not screened during the abbreviated spring programme. The autumn portion of the festival will take place on 11-13 September at Kasárna Karlín. During the festival’s three-day run, 16 documentaries will be shown, including the premieres of Czech movies. One World is also returning to commercial cinemas. Between 11 September and 22 September, approximately 100 screenings will take place at the Světozor, Evald, Atlas, Aero, and Bio Oko cinemas in Prague.
The Africa Week Festival on the Hybernian Campus follows on from last year’s Africa Day. From one day, the program has been extended to a whole week this year! The event begins with a Saturday program (September 12) in the Hybernska Campus, which is intended (not only) for the public. You can look forward to a discussion on tropical diseases, a panel discussion on the Presence of China in Africa (with Olga Lomová, Vilém Řehák, Iva Sojková, and moderator Fatima Rahimi), a decolonization window or a CULS block. The event will also include other activities presenting African culture or food stalls from the non-profit organization Humanitas Africa.

The A2 cultural fortnightly celebrates its 15th birthday in September. Come together with editorial staff, authors, and other friends to celebrate fifteen years! Maybe there will be a cake!
❤️Different City Experience
Neighborhood festivities „Zažít město jinak“ (Different City Experience) open the streets of Prague in a different way for one day. You will experience a city, where cars are not parked on pavements, but where coffee houses have their tables on the streets and where children play in the streets.
❤️Wine Festival in Kunratice
The 10th year of the Kunratice Vintage, organized by Moris design s.r.o., will take place on September 18 – 20, 2020 at the Kunratická Fortress in Za parkem Street. Do not miss quality Czech and foreign wines directly from winemakers, burčák or gastronomic delicacies to wine. An entertainment program will be provided throughout the event. Traditionally look forward to dulcimer music, interesting bands, competitions or a program and a children’s corner.

More than 150 exhibits, regularity rallies, interview with interesting personalities (Czech language), demonstrations of crafts which are useful when one renovates a veteran car, presentations of companies which renovate these cars, a traffic playground BESIP for children, a presentation of vintage clothes, old military and sanitary machines and cars.
