Celebrate the arrival of spring with crazy dance creations in the rhythms of balkan beats, gypsy, reggae and world music. Or your favourite Balkan Bashavel is coming back to Bratislava.

Starts in combo: MALALATA + BDHS (live) + Julah + Le Petit Nicolas

🐐 MALALATA (SK)

MALALATA has been on the scene for 16 years and is synonymous with a unique fusion of Balkan beats, gypsy music, reggae and world music. The pair of Slovak DJs fuse these rhythms into distinctive sets, which are complemented by an unbridled and infectiously energetic performance. Under the baton of MALALATA, clubs all over Europe, as well as in distant Japan and Mexico, have been pulsating. The duo has danced their show at the Colours of Ostrava, Pohoda, Grape, Uprising festivals and performed on the same stage with aces such as Parov Stelar, Goran Bregović, Shantel, Mahala Rai Banda or Fanfare Ciocarlia.

🎺 BDHS – Blinking Wind Music System (SK, live)

Prešov’s seven-piece band assembled around Tomáš Paľa, who was also in Chiki Liki Tu-a for several years, will show you if brass band can play and save techno.

🐓 LE PETIT NICOLAS (CZ)

Talented Prague DJ and producer who will serve you a royal serving of catchy tunes and punchy beats, and present the most famous cuts from the Balkan beats and global bass scene.

🐓 JULAH (SK)

Percussionist of ethno band Capre, occasional producer and mainly DJ. In his distinctive sets he mixes music from many genres and many parts of the world – especially the Balkans, Southern Europe and South America.
