🎄Christmas Market at Vörösmarty Square🎁
Visit the Budapest Christmas Fair and Winter Festival on Vörösmarty Square if you want to buy something unique and original for your loved ones. The lovely plaza in the heart of the city turns into a festive market place from early November till 01. January. The location is ideal; the Square is in the heart of the city at the end of Váci utca, right in front of the prestigious Gerbeaud Coffee House. Cottage-style wooden stalls and two outdoor stages take over one of Budapest’s most attractive spots during a couple of weeks preceding the end-of-the-year holidays. You can smell the scent of traditional honey cookies, mulled wine, cinnamon and fir from afar. The fragrant air simply lures you to the market.

Vintage design house Amikor hosts a warehouse sale from 7 to 14 November with discounted furniture, lamps and other items of interior design. The store on Pozsonyi út welcomes visitors with longer opening hours to shop at flea-market prices.
Popular downtown ruin pub Anker’t is hosting Kiskertpiac’s lively plant market this Sunday, 10 November. Visitors will find indoor plants as well as greenery for an autumn/winter terrace, with tips and tricks from experts. Look out for natural cosmetics and clothing accessories, too.

Organised by the Hungarian Fashion and Design Agency, the Budapest Central European Fashion Week takes place twice a year, showcasing over 50 Central European and other selected international designers.
An artists’ town outside Budapest, Szentendre has plenty of cultural attractions, but it also hosts sports events and outdoor activities. This year, runners can test their limits on courses over 5km and 10km around the scenic old town.
