In this workshop, we will be making naan bread. Naan bread is found in the cuisines of Central and Southern Asian countries. Naan bread variations and ingredients depend upon the region they are coming from, it is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread made from wheat flour, water, yeast, cooking fat (ghee, butter or oil), yogurt, milk and egg.
