how to make plantbased cheese & yoghurt


In this raw food Workshop, you will learn how to make raw plant-based cheese and yogurt and correspondent raw side dishes. We will start these two fermentations and I will show you various possibilities what to create out of it like fresh cheese, rolls, riped cheese, desserts or for your breakfast with herbs, fruits, spices, vegetables. Then we will prepare one or two side dishes and some good raw food dishes from cheese and yogurt to eat them right away and I will bring some snacks for you to taste (even camembert!). So nobody will go home hungry.
