In Piazza San Giovanni Bosco, in the heart of Cinecittà organized by the Cultural Association of Craftwork for Women and under the patronage of the Italian Academy of Diamond Chilli, from 12th to 15th September, a flamboyant kermesse will be held in which they will be on show and will be „savored“ hundreds of varieties of the spicy vegetable, including the terrible Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, the Naga Viper and the Carolina Reaper.

During the event there will be shows and talk and cooking live shows in which experienced guests will talk about the curious and healthy aspects while expert cooks will create live recipes typical of the spicy gastronomy of the 5 continents.

From the sweet and sour sauces of the Indian Chutney, to the diabolical Korean gnocchi Tokbocchi, it will be realized and will tell a tour of the spicy world from which to take inspiration to renew its ardent cuisine, how ardent will be the Gastronomic Stands of typical products and spicy cuisine from the world, the very famous Hot street Food.

The event will end with the challenge between the daring spicy pasta eaters who will face off in a fun race. Four days of fire during which to discover curiosities, burning flavors and healthy virtues of capsaicin contained in the ancient fruits cultivated by the Incas and brought to Europe by Christopher Columbus.

Ninety-six hot hours in the village of “ Peperoncino in Festa “ to have fun and find the audacity of the tasting to appreciate the taste and the health virtues of the most consumed spice in the world.
