Chinese bao (包子 baozi) is a type of dumpling, that is more bready then jiaoai/gyoza. Usually steamed, they are traditionally eaten for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack at any time of day. Xiaowu will teach about the dough, different ways to cook, and introducing several types of filling. The workshop will finish at 14:30, after which you will sit down to eat!
