Transregional and international influences on the culinary arts will be presented via an exhibition and a program of events. Culinary migration is an important component of today’s lifestyles. In times of high mobility, we are taking on more and more regional, international, transnational and transcontinental influences. At the same time, nutritional patterns have changed significantly in recent decades. By involving all cooperation partners of the previous European Cultural Days and other European institutions, museums and embassies, the cultural technology of „eating and drinking“ in Europe should also be made tangible to the senses.
