This breakfast workshop will teach you the technique on how to make one of the classic breakfast items in Taiwan – a crunchy multi-layered delicious Scallion Pancake 蔥油餅, pronounced cong yóu bǐng, from scratch (you’ll also get to take home a spare dough to practice a-la-casa).
