„Let’s Cut It“, Market Fair dedicated to wines made from single varieties
After Formaticum, the market exhibition dedicated to cheese, at the WEGIL “ Diamoci un taglio “ arrives , the market fair dedicated to wines. When? May 12th and 13th 2019. This is the first edition of the market fair of wines made from monovitignes normally used in blends.
“ Let’s cut it“ is an event aimed at enhancing the wines obtained from single-vine varieties normally used as cutting grapes. Give prominence to those winemakers who know how to bring out the main characteristics of that grape in a specific terroir. This explains the name „Let’s cut it“ a project born from the partnership between the editors of La Pecora Nera, a publishing house specializing in the creation of food and wine guides and themed events, and Pasquale Livieri, founder of Il Sorì wine cellar and great expert of the sector.
A fair market where enthusiasts can buy the tasted wines directly from the producer, at intermediate prices, and therefore particularly advantageous. The producers who will take part in the event have been selected by Pasquale Livieri. The scientific curator of the event is Alfonso Isinelli who together with Pasquale will curate the seminars.
To complete the „Diamoci un taglio“ program, the Oleovar of monovarietals , a space dedicated to quality oil managed by Simona Cognoli of Oleonauta that will guide those present to discover the cultivars that make our country incredibly rich in guided tastings to which you can participate for free while seats last.

Sunday 12 May 10 euros for all. Monday 13 May 8 euros for fans. FREE for operators (one per activity, upon delivery of a business card). Ticket for the two days: 15 euros.
