In this raw food workshop, you will learn how to make raw cheese and yogurt, as well as one or two matching raw vegan side dishes. We will start the two fermentations and I will show you different possibilities, which can be made of the matrix. For example cream cheese, rolls, ripened cheese, desserts or something for breakfast. Then we prepare one or two side dishes, which we then eat right away. I also bring snacks for you to try. Even camembert. Nobody has to go home hungry.
