This workshop is an introduction to choux pastry — the magic dough behind eclairs, cream puffs, chouquettes, religieuses and so many other delicious French Desserts. Learn tips and tricks to make the perfect pâte à choux every time and get the knowledge & confidence to redo it at home later on! In this 4-hours baking course, you’ll learn how to mix the versatile choux pastry, make the cream puffs rise properly, fill them with cream and decorate them with glaçage. You’ll work through each step hands-on with Lise, a French Chef living in Berlin for 10 years.
