?TOTAL DANCE CABRIO 2019
On May 18, Total Dance Cabrio returns to the Pest side of Rákóczi Bridge, since Budapest is home to a party that recalls the 90s and 2000s. This time foreign guests arrive, such as Vengaboys, Dr. Alban, 5IVE, Cascada and Marvin & Andrea Prezioso, while the domestic line will be strengthened by Kozmix, Shygys, Krisz Rudi, Mr. Rick and UFO. The dawn party will be hosted by the most popular domestic DJ of the era, DJ Náksi, Sterbinszky, Strong vs Spigiboy, Spy the Ghost, and host DJ André.
? UKMUKFUKK ZINEFEST
On May 4th, the Ukmukfukk Zinefest Fair will be held again in Anker, but various programs will be held throughout the week. This year, the focus will be on Hungarian publications as the focus of the zines, alternative comics and limited edition prints.
? KÜRTOSKALÁCS VIGALOM
May 10-12 The first event called Kürtőskalács Vigalom will be held in the Holnemvolt Castle, where you can taste traditional, gluten-free and milk-free as well as fitness chalks in a familiar environment, but not even the hornbeam desserts. In addition to delicacies, quiz games, puppet shows, concerts and skill-building sessions are also available.
? VEGAN FOOD FESTIVAL
For four days, between May 9th and 12th, we can enjoy the delicacies of vegetarian food again in VII. Vegan Food Fest, this time on the Gastronomy at Allee. Hungary’s vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants, pastries, street foods and bistros are also preparing specialties that can only be enjoyed at the festival.
? BUDAI BEER FESTIVAL
May 3-5 The Great Buda Beer Festival returns to a new venue. The organizers identified the parking lot at the Légymányos Campus in ELTE, because there is a large area here, and it is also easy to approach. There are hundreds of domestic and international craft beer, exciting brass performances and thousands of seats.
? VEGAN FESTIVAL
The novelty of the Seasonal Festival of the Soul Palace is that yoga will be the focus of the day this year! They are now made with exotic flavors, with 20 kinds of vegan food, including open-air delicacies made on a Bengal stove. Traditional yoga classes and theoretical lectures will be led by the Bhaktivedanta College of theology graduate yoga masters. Both beginners and serious practitioners are welcome to the festival.
? FOOD TRUCK SHOW
May 3-5 Already the ninth Food Truck Show is held at Kincsem Park, of course, again with the best of domestic food. In addition to culinary delights, there will be horse racing, many family programs, concerts and many other things that are needed for a really meaningful weekend.
? ÓBUDA DAY
The Óbuda Day Festival will be held this year from May 2 to 4, which will focus on the local patriotic approach and focus on the festival atmosphere in the main square of Óbuda. Those interested can count on free concerts, street food specialties and family programs.
? DOG FESTIVAL
The Downtown Dog Festival is the largest free dog event in the capital, with family programs and entertainment to raise awareness of responsible dog keeping and adoption of orphaned animals. Microchip registration and dog-owner photography will be possible at the festival, but the Municipality of the City Center organizes the Downtown Family Picnic in parallel with the Dog Festival, where crafts, puppet theater performances and concerts will be held.
