The 21st-22nd of April is the start of the season at the Railway Historical Park with an unusual two-day tradition festival. Both days play Easter Bunny look for the little ones. Anyone who finds all the tapipes hidden in the park area, decomposes the puzzle and collects all the seals will receive the guaranteed gift. In the creative corner, on Sunday and Monday, you will have the opportunity to make a spinner and pinch, plastic eggs for painting and coloring, and on Easter Monday, the program will be accompanied by traditional traditions of crafts such as felting and candlelight. The smarter ones can also beat the Easter basket, which later can be filled with many delicacies and paint eggs.

If you stay in the capital for a long weekend, you still want to immerse yourself in the Easter atmosphere, at the Castle Garden in Bazaar you can choose from the programs. On the open-air stage you can see traditional shows, folk music, folk dance, including Avar Horde, Free Style Chamber Orchestra and Debrecen Forgórózsa Dance Ensemble. The fairground stage offers a somewhat more unusual performance: Tamás Czinege, founder of Gastro-Hack, has a delicious Gastro Show for the audience. The organizers, of course, also thought of families with small children: Easter parade, fairy-tale concerts, giant puppet show, stilt street theater, petting zoo and handicrafts.
📌Easter Hip-Hop Weekend🎵🎤
For the first time, the Vibes and Stuff Dance School and the All Caps collective organize the Easter Hip-Hop Weekend, a two-day hip-hop workshop series, including dance training, graffiti, rapping and everything else that belongs to this subculture. The event will be hosted by Trafó on April 20-21, and over the age of 10 without an upper age limit, everyone is interested in street art.
The Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22, with the purpose of drawing attention to the conservation of the Earth’s natural environment. The day is held in 175 countries and has been organized in Hungary since 1990. On this occasion, on Sunday, April 21, yoga classes are organized on the meadow between the Margaret Island water tower and the Széchenyi Restaurant.
