The kitchen of Israel is a colorful mix of different cultural influences that have created a colorful kullinarisches mosaic. Humus, chraime, falafel and legumes are just a few flavors that we let melt on the tongues. At the beginning of the cooking class we welcome you with an aperitif and an amuse gueule. Afterwards, a 3-course menu awaits you where you will lend a hand, with selected wines or beers and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a coffee or espresso for dessert.
