Back at the Auditorium Joshua Redman , one of the most acclaimed and charismatic jazz artists. Son of the famous saxophonist Dewey Redman, Joshua began to be noticed in the jazz world in the early nineties with a style all his own, strongly tied to tradition and oriented to a refined melodic construction. Later, an unstoppable artistic ascent saw him at the head of his own groups made up of musicians destined for success: his first stable band, in fact, included Brad Mehldau, Christian McBride and Brian Blade. After numerous studio albums and collaborations with high-caliber artists, today Redman is among the most admired tenors saxophonists on the international scene and is considered one of the most influential African-American musicians that emerged at the end of the twentieth century.
