The third edition of the „Cinecittà – Street Food Festival“ is coming 11-12-13-14 April 2019.
The TTS-FOOD format returns after the two great successes of the previous editions, for the third time the street chefs will light their stoves in the Roman district famous for Cinema. Located within the pedestrian area of Largo Appio Claudio, „The Kitchens On The Road“ will offer unique dishes:
Street Food reaches Cinecittà
Jute expressed artichokes, Abruzzian kebabs, broccoli and sausage. The original Paella Valenciana cooked according to tradition in large frying pans. From Lazio The Butteri of the Agro Pontino will offer the half sleeves of Buttero, with sausage and porcini mushrooms, all whipped in a form of Parmigiano Reggiano. From Sicily bread and panelle, arancine, ca ‚meusa bread, sfincioni, pistachio, cannoli and cassatine. From Campania the real fried pizza. From Puglia the famous bombette, focaccia from Bari, puccia with octopus and burrata, sausage with a knife point, pasticciotto from Lecce, and the famous panzerotto from Bari. You will not miss the excellent German artisan raw beer. For the sweet tooth, freshly fried donuts and krafen, sfogliatelle, babà and tiramisu. Most of the products offered are km. zero and Bio, coming from direct producers.
It will be 4 days of healthy fun, a festival dedicated to everyone, young and old … and above all excellent street food.
