3 DAYS dedicated to the promotion of the many facets of pizza, in a journey from North to South, passing through the Center.
The result is a „CITY“ in which not only one of the oldest culinary traditions will be told, but also technicians, passionate operators can discuss techniques, leavening, and food excellence.

THE PIZZAIOLI MASTERS who, for three days, will transfer their pizzerias inside La Città della Pizza.
dedicated to ITALIAN PIZZAIOLI MASTERS who will present all the traditions of pizza: NAPOLETANA, ITALIAN, ROMAN, TASTING, FRIED, CUT.
WORKSHOP AND MEETINGS, TECHNICIANS
