Art Lessons: Leonardo at the Auditorium

07.04.2019 - 16.05.2019

On the occasion of the five hundredth anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci (Vinci, 1452 – Amboise, 1519), the Musica per Roma Foundation decided to dedicate the cycle of Art Lessons of 2019 to the great artist, the most eclectic personality in history and world art.

The cycle of lessons held by Leonardo’s experts, which began in January at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, will end with two appointments – one in April and the other in May – which will close the in-depth coverage of the great and brilliant artist.

Art lessons: appointments with Leonardo Da Vinci
On April 7 at the Sala Sinopoli of the Auditorium there will be the expert restorer of Leonardo’s works, Dr. Cinzia Pasquali , who will talk about the problems related to the restoration of some of her works.

On May 12, again in the Sala Sinopoli, it will be the turn of the engineer Maurizio Seracini : a lesson with a more scientific profile on Leonardo’s painting technique, by the eminent art diagnostician, who examined many of his works.

Both meetings of the cycle „Lessons of art“ dedicated to the five hundredth anniversary of the death of Leonardo Da Vinci, will be held at 6 pm at a cost of 10 euros per person.
