Balance Yoga is a powerful yoga style, a mix of traditional asanas and contemporary therapeutic exercises designed for the modern man. The body becomes flexible and trained. Tensions, especially in the neck area are solved. The course takes place in the beautiful and quiet practice Arsenal in 1030 Vienna. Accessible by the S-Bahn station Quartier Belvedere or by the U1 to Hauptbahnhof. With tram 0 (Fasangasse), tram 18 (Heinrich-Drimmel-Platz) or tram D (Quartier Belvedere) and a walk of a few minutes through the Swiss Garden, you will come into public practice. For all who come by car: free customer parking is available!
