The Bührle Collection is one of the most prestigious in the world. This ensemble, which was held between 1936 and 1956 in Zurich, offers an exceptional panorama of French art from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Unveiling some fifty treasures, the exhibition explores several currents of modern art: Impressionism (Manet, Monet, Pissarro, Degas, Renoir, Sisley), Post-Impressionism (Cezanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec), the Nabis ( Bonnard, Vuillard), the Fauves (Braque, Derain, Vlaminck), and the School of Paris (Modigliani), to finish with the art of Picasso.
