It is said that the Hungarian gastronomy will be proud of its typical character of red pepper. There are associated dishes such as chicken peppers, perkelt, peppercorn, coliborous cabbage, halibut fish soup or chocolate goulash that adds an unmistakable flavor. You can taste it all.
The specific taste is due to the unique climate conditions of local fruits and vegetables. It is said that if you have not tasted Hungarian peaches, green peppers or tomatoes, you have never eaten a real peach, pepper or tomato.
And in the end, I would like to recommend this restaurant, where we were eating every day. It cooks there perfectly, at very reasonable prices, you can find here typical Hungarian cuisine as well as traditional cuisine.
