Kostolanský run

The Kostolan May Run is a running event that includes 5 km, 10 km and children’s runs.

Children – marked route in the area of the football stadium:

Preschoolers up to 6 years (year of birth 2023 – 2017) – start 9:30 a.m. – 100 m
Younger pupils 7-9 years (year born 2016 – 2014) – start 9:45 a.m. – 300 m
Older pupils 10-12 years (year born 2013 – 2011) – start 10:05 a.m. – 600 m
Young adults 13-15 years (year born 2010 – 2008) – start 10:20 – 1000 m

Adults – 5km (5.4km) – start 11:10 a.m:

Women 16-29 years Men 16-29 years (year born 2007 -1994)
Women 30 – 39 years Men 30 – 39 years (year born 1993 – 1984)
Women 40 – 49 years Men 40 – 49 years (year of birth 1983 – 1974)
Women 50 years and over Men 50 years and over (year of birth 1973 and older)

Adults – 10km (10,9km) – start 11:00 a.m:

Women 16 – 29 years Men 16 – 29 years (year born 2007 – 1994)
Women 30 – 39 years Men 30 – 39 years (year born 1993 – 1984)
Women 40 – 49 years Men 40 – 49 years (year of birth 1983 – 1974)
Women 50 years and over Men 50 years and over (year of birth 1973 and older)

The age attained in that year, regardless of the day and month of birth, is decisive for inclusion in the age category.
Surface: asphalt, dirt roads. The track is not certified.

Estimated time schedule of the event:
8:30 – 10:45 – presentation of runners
9:30 – start of the children’s race according to age
11:00 – start of the 10km run
11:00 – start of the 5km run
From 11:00 – CrazyFamily workshop for children takes place
12:00 – evaluation and announcement of the results of the children’s categories
12:45 – evaluation and announcement of results of adult categories
13:00 – performance of CrazyFamily dance and movement studio
13:30 – accompanying programme

Technical facilities: toilets, showers, changing rooms – football stadium
Participation limit: 200
Entry fee: adult – 8€ for online registration until 4.5.2023, on the spot 10€
children free of charge

Electronic timekeeping is provided by Mišo s.r.o. Results will be published on misosport.sk. The timing chip is returnable, it must be placed on the leg, hand it in after finishing the race. Children’s categories will start without a timing chip. Their time will be measured manually.
