But if you don´t mind waiting the celebration of Valentine´s day for a bit and prefer not to rush things, you´re most welcome to join Mia and Burak for their special lesson in meditation and kirtan. It´s the blessing of present that makes you feel even more loved in the company of your partner.

? Warm welcome to an evening of meditation and kirtan with Mia & Burak

We will start with a soft Body Love meditation practice to help us feel into our bodies. We will continue the evening by singing our hearts out to simple kirtan and medicine songs and lift the roof together. Kirtan, an important instrument in Bhakti Yoga, means “reciting together” in Sanskrit and is the practice of chanting mantras.

Come and feel for yourself how chanting with others can be a powerful experience. You don’t need any experience or any particular musical ability. Everybody is welcome!

The space will be held by Mia Lehndal & Burak Mungan. Dearest musicians Ragnhild Wesenberg and Mattias Johnson will support this evening with cello and drum respectively ❤

Mia is a natural tantrika who has been dedicated to the yogic and tantrik path for more than fifteen years. She teaches meditation, yoga, tantra and leadership and shows clearly how those paths are interconnected and supports you in being who you truly are. She is the author of Body Love Book & Våga vara den du är.

Burak is a modern storyteller and a part-time poet. During his wandering across the globe he deepened his embodied practice in yoga, tantra, meditation and music which are all infused in his day-to-day life. “I came to the realization that our very own voice is THE tool that supports our vulnerability and presence to help us meet US. When we become fully aware of the healing qualities of our voice, we find our home.”

Mattias traveled extensively in India and studied Indiology, this evening he brings his djembe.

Ragnhild takes to the cello when the world is coming down with all its weight and words, approaching this event with a hunger for the social and musical vibrations that have been absent for many months.
