A heavenly duo of coffee and chocolate is waiting for you at Vivina Café for a tasting workshop. During the event, participants will be able to taste four coffee and chocolate pairings and gain useful insights.
What do Coffee ☕ and Chocolate? have in common? Beyond the fact that we couldn’t live without them…
They are both fruits. They both grow in similar areas, close to the equator. They are processed through quality-oriented processes. Both are stimulating. And last but not least, both make our lives more beautiful with more and more delicious flavours.
One thing is certain: neither is bitter. Rather, both can be fruity ?, nutty ?, sweet ?, floral ?, spicy, … – depending on where they come from, what varieties they are and how they have been processed.
Our tasting workshop will focus on these flavours: You will taste four coffee and chocolate pairings, learning about the specific flavours, processing methods and the art of tasting, specific to each region and variety.
The tasting will last about 2 hours and will be hosted by Gabriella Szabó (@specialtystories), specialty coffee and bean-to-bar chocolate connoisseur and IICCT (International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting, UK) Level2 certified chocolate taster.
