Vegan Szaloncukor Workshop

In December, you have four opportunities to participate in an exciting vegan szaloncukor making workshop. The intimate event will take place in Franziska’s breakfast room, where you can make two flavours of the iconic confectionery. During the workshop, participants will also have the opportunity to taste Franziska’s pastries and design a unique gift card.

This year, we have again combined our best memories with the most delicious flavours and created two flavour variations for you to make your own.
In this year’s workshop, we will be making the following two vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free sweets:
– Orange and almond cream vegan szaloncukor with cardamom, rolled in roasted almonds
– Hazelnut-chocolate vegan szaloncukor with tonka bean, dried blueberries and toasted coconut flakes
Unfortunately, the number of participants is limited again this year (max. 10 people), because we are trying to create a really friendly atmosphere in our small workshop.
The price is 19.500 Ft, which includes a 1,5 hour workshop where we will show you the secrets of making snipe sugar with the help of our confectioners, a Christmas Franziska box to take home your creations (approx. 20-25 snipe sugar pieces) and a unique gift card! During the workshop, you’ll be free to snack on our vegan cakes, and we’ll also treat you to a glass of prosecco or coffee/tea and cucumber lemonade!
