AMKA CHRISTMAS PARTY
On Dec. 3, AMKA Association will open the doors of its headquarters in St. Lawrence and present the first edition of the “AMKA Christmas Party” – Garage Edition.

AMKA Christmas Party is a party for young and old that will involve participants with a program full of events and activities.

The event will take place on Dec. 3, from afternoon to night, in the covered area of the basement of AMKA Social Hub (Via dei Reti 25 – San Lorenzo – Rome), embellished with a Christmas setting reminiscent of traditional festivals and Christmas markets. The purpose of the party is to bring together members, supporters, volunteers and sympathizers of the AMKA association, which has been engaged in international cooperation since 2001, to celebrate together the arrival of Christmas and raise funds to be used for the school education of children in Congo.

Admission to the event is by free donation that entitles to a drink and free access to all activities, shown in the program below:

Not only Jingle Bells…

Charity partner of the initiative is Fondazione Mediolanum Onlus, which has been committed for more than 20 years to defending the rights of children living in conditions of hardship and vulnerability. The Foundation will chair the event and double the first 5,000 euros raised with the goal of ensuring, for 250 children in the villages of Mabaya in Congo (DRC), the right to attend school, for an entire year.
