French Day

🇫🇷 🍷 🧀 💃 “Let’s celebrate the French national holiday together for the 10th time !”

After a two-year break, “French Day” is returning to the heart of Bratislava on the Main Square. This year’s edition will be all the more special as we will celebrate the French national holiday with the residents and visitors of the capital city, on the occasion of the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille, for the tenth time.

Visitors will be able to stroll around the French market in the main square: twenty stalls will offer refreshments in the form of delicious desserts, cheeses and drinks from 14:00. In addition to French colours and flavours, French language, sports and cosmetics lovers will also find something to their liking. Just a step away from the Main Square, the French Institute will be hosting creative animations for children and young people as well as a French book fair. The afternoon will be marked by a cultural programme and concerts of French music.
