From now on, the “VIENNA 1ST” shines with freshly caught mussels. Indulge in the mussel cuisine of chef Stefan Lichtenegger every Friday! The pirate hangs in the ropes, on the lookout for other seafarers with boarding intentions. But he can rest easy, in the proverbial sense of the word. The Vienna 1st is located in the safe “harbour” in Judengasse, only peaceful strollers pass by.
In the light-flooded restaurant, you can enjoy the mussel cuisine of chef Stefan Lichtenegger every Friday. He has noble things in mind: a mussel feast ALL YOU CAN EAT for 22.50 €. It starts with a Pannonian fish soup, and then you can choose from three delicious mussel variations: Mussels in white wine-garlic broth, the fragrant white wine, garlic and onion-based broth you should spoon up to the last.
Of course, you can also enjoy the mussels in root cream or the mussels pomodore. All mussels are served with baguette with herb butter and fries. “These fries are so crispy they would pass as a nibble in their own right”.
