The Slovak rock band Gladiátor celebrated its 30th anniversary on the music scene during the pandemic. One of their stops during the tour will be Club Hron in Podunajské Biskupice, where they will celebrate this anniversary together on May 13. The band will present, besides the proven hits such as Láska, Bonboniéra, Keď sa láska podarí, Kúpim si pekný deň and other songs from their 30 years of work, such as I know where Viem, kde boh spí, Okno z prstov, Pieseň čiernych vrán, as well as a songs from the solo album of the singer Miko Hladký Achillova päta.
The band Gladiátor was founded in 1989 by brothers Miko, Maroš and Dušan Hladký together with George Babulica. They come from Alekšince. Their first big success came in 1991 when they received an offer from the Czech music label Zeras to record their debut album. Before that, however, they had successfully performed at amateur festivals and concerts. Today, Gladiátor has 19 albums and dozens of hit singles to its credit.
