We cordially invite you to the next edition of the popular Polívkování, which will again take place on Smíchov embankment on Saturday 4.3.2023. You will be warmed up not only by domestic soups such as potato soup, kulajda, cabbage soup, lentil soup, pumpkin soup, prdelačka, dumpling soup, tripe soup or honest broths, but also soups from all over the world such as Russian borscht, Mexican chipotle, Malaysian laksa, French bouillabaisse, Vietnamese pho, Moroccan harira or the increasingly popular Japanese ramen.
For those of you who are not too fond of meat, there will be a wide selection of vegetable creams and legume soups.
You’ll snack on crusty rolls, fresh homemade bread and other savoury pastries.
There will also be sweet treats.
Come and enjoy delicious soups, try new and unusual recipes from all over the world and delight your taste buds.
