pumpkin cream with spicy toast and gorgonzola
roast duck with spicy sauce and vegetables
Then we will move on to….

homemade breads and spreads (flavored hummus made on site by our Chef),
roasted meats: turkey, roast beef, chicken terrine,

tartar sauce and horseradish and cucumber sauce,
a’la caesar salad with crispy chicken,

spicy herring with olives,
turkey jelly
