Do you like relaxing sports and are looking for an unconventional experience? And have you ever practiced yoga in a former factory or even a gallery? Come and recharge your creative energy, relieve stress and stop rushing for a while after a hectic day. The evening relaxation yoga lesson will be led by Eva Indruchová, a certified Hatha yoga instructor, registered with the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance. Eva has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and her classes are gentle and slow. The main goal is to rediscover yourself, learn to listen to your body and relax. Each class includes a final aroma relaxation. The classes are suitable for everyone, including complete beginners. Come stretch your muscles and relax with a soothing exercise in the unique atmosphere or a gallery hall!
Classes are every Monday.
Bring your own: yoga mat (mat), comfortable clothes, or a blanket for final relaxation.
