Chocolate Festival

The sweetest party of all time is coming to Rome! On Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7, the Capital will be flooded with chocolates, cakes and many sweets. Slabs of milk CHOCOLATE, dark chocolate, gianduia chocolate, white CHOCOLATE with berries, dark chocolate with chili pepper or ginger, or CHOCOLATE with lemon, orange, hazelnuts, pistachio CHOCOLATE or even dark chocolate with orange, pear or lemon peel. And then again, mountains of handmade CHOCOLATES with thousands of fillings, cremini, truffles, nougat, torroncini … And that’s not all!

Tiramisù, Maritozzi, Crepes, Mont Blanc, Neapolitan Sfogliatelle, Profitteroles, Cheesecake, Sacher, Macarones, Babà, Cannoli sicialini, Cassate, Tarts, Ice Cream and Sweets!
Just some of the highlights with which our Pastry Chefs and Chocolatiers will test the most gluttonous palates in ROME!!!

From Perugia, Modica and Vallerano Chocolate will be represented in all its forms and expressions while the maitre and Chocolatier Natalino De Santis will present his new collection of handmade chocolates with 100% Madagascar cocoa beans.

The express pastry will reserve us moments of unforgettable taste: from Naples the Boss of the Sfogliatelle, from Palermo the Sicilian Cannoli and the Cassate of the Antica Focacceria San Francesco, from the Castelli Romani the dry pastry with the ciambelline al vino DOP and the ricotta and visciole tarts, from Genzano the historical Paneria oven will delight you with hot Bombe and Ciambelle fritte al momento.

There will be several artisan workshops for Tiramisu, Mont Blanc, Maritozzi and Cheesecake made on the spot before your eyes.

Thanks to the collaboration of the Castani Business Network and the Tu Chef Cooking School, there will be many moments dedicated to the family, entertainment and training for adults and children, with mini cooking and pastry courses, exhibitions, show cooking, educational and recreational workshops.
In addition, a special praise to the Maritozzo and Tiramisu that will be offered in different versions and flavors to lick your lips.
